By subscribing to or using DevicePro (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Service”), you agree to be
bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Subscription & Billing
2.1 Recurring Payments
Your DevicePro subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing
period. You authorize DevicePro to charge your nominated payment method
for each renewal cycle.
2.2 Pricing & Changes
We may update subscription fees from time to time. If fees change, you will be

indicates acceptance.
2.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. Access to the Service may be
suspended until payment is completed.

3. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, it is provided once per customer. At the end of the trial period,
regular subscription fees apply unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You may cancel your DevicePro subscription at any time via your account
settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing
period.

under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply. If the Service fails to meet
consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund
under the ACL. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
