Most repairs usually take about 1 hour, however, depending on the work required, could take up to 2 hours or more.

No, your data/photos will not be erased during a repair. But we still highly recommend, that you have your data backed up anyway. We can provide this service, if you need help backing up your device.

Providing your passcode, means we can thoroughly check all components work correctly after repair. Which in turn, reduces the possibility of returning your device, if found to be faulty.

We understand that your privacy is important to you. At DevicePro,, we do not ever disclose any information from your device to any third party. By not providing your passcode, it won't prevent any repairs. It is your choice.
